31 Day Nail Art Challenge: Day 3 - Yellow

Today's design is the color yellow. Yellow was my favorite color most of the way through high school and I am still quite fond of it. I kept this design simple because I wanted to highlight the color rather than the design. I love this particular shade because it's slightly muted without losing it's cheerfulness.

This is a design I'd probably wear in the spring or summer. It's slightly toned down without being conservative. Great to wear if you have some leeway but can't go completely nuts with your manicure designs.  Ok, I admit it - I love the brightness of this one.  For this one I used Sally Hanson Xtreme Wear - Mellow Yellow and Jade's Snow White. (Jade is the dollar a bottle brand sold at my local nail supply place)
